Kakobuy QC Photos Guide: What to Check Before Ordering

A practical Kakobuy QC photos checklist for checking shape, stitching, logos, color, sizing, packaging, and seller notes before shipping a parcel.

Why QC photos matter

QC photos are the warehouse pictures you review before deciding whether to ship an item. They are important because the seller page is usually promotional, while the QC photo shows the actual item that arrived at the warehouse.

A good QC review does not need to be complicated. You are looking for obvious mismatch, damage, wrong size, wrong color, missing parts, poor stitching, visible stains, or anything that would make the item not worth shipping internationally.

The quick QC checklist

For shoes, check the overall shape, toe box, heel shape, sole color, logo placement, stitching, left-right symmetry, and size tag. For hoodies and T-shirts, check print placement, fabric color, tags, sleeve length, and whether the item looks warped or stained.

For bags and accessories, look at hardware, zippers, straps, logos, alignment, packaging, and whether all expected parts are included. If the item has a known detail that buyers care about, zoom in on that area first.

When to ask for extra photos

Ask for extra photos when the warehouse image is blurry, the lighting hides the color, the logo is partially covered, the size tag is not visible, or the item has a detail that is hard to judge from one angle.

Do not over-request photos for every item. Use extra photos when a specific decision depends on them. That keeps the process faster and helps you avoid spending time on items you were unlikely to ship anyway.

Common mistakes

The first mistake is checking only the product title. Titles can be generic and do not prove the item matches what you expect. The second mistake is ignoring sizing. Always compare the seller size chart and QC measurements when available.

The third mistake is shipping too quickly. Give yourself a short review step before parcel submission. Once an international parcel ships, fixing a bad pick becomes much harder.
